Solar energy is rapidly gaining importance in Pakistan due to the country’s increasing energy demands and abundant sunlight. The development of local solar manufacturing plants is essential to reduce dependency on imported solar panels, promote green energy, and foster long-term sustainability. However, Pakistan faces challenges in scaling up its solar manufacturing capacity, including technical expertise, infrastructure, and investment.
GreenCorp Consultants provided strategic design, planning, and supervision for a 1 GW solar manufacturing plant under the Fauji Foundation. This project aims to strengthen the nation’s renewable energy sector while contributing to energy security and environmental goals.
